The Pass

The Pass is an interactive culinary experience for up to six guests and is served inside the Blue Ridge Room Kitchen at “the pass.” Enjoy the company of one of our talented Chefs who will cook your food and artfully present it on family style platters for the group to share. Menus for The Pass can be planned and themed with collaboration between you and the Chef to create the most meaningful experience for your guests.

In restaurant terms, “the pass” is the table on which all finished plates for service are placed right before they make their way to the dining room.
