The Wine Room

The Wine Room offers a private dining option for guests of the Blue Ridge Room looking for a special experience. You can choose from two different experiences, either a three course, prix-fixe menu selected from the existing Blue Ridge Room menu, or a steakhouse experience served family style with classic steakhouse sides and premium beef options. Beverage pairings can be curated with the assistance of Beverage Manager, Christian Johnston. There is a $200 room rental fee associated with using the Wine Room.

Important Information

  • The Wine Room accommodates a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 12 guests.
  • Reservations are required and must be made at least 10 days in advance.
  • Custom Dry Aging requests accepted with at least 35 days’ notice.

Hours of Operation

Wine Room service is available on nights that the Blue Ridge Room is open. On nights that the Blue Ridge Room is closed, the Wine Room may be booked through the Special Event Sales with a menu chosen from our Events package.
